	Neil Francey B Econ, Cert IV WT&A Role: Director Neil's role is to identify and develop training programs for the Academy. He draws on his experience in business ownership, and working in business development for small and medium size enterprises (SME). Neil also contributes to the company's forward planning and strategic direction.
	Graeme Churchward M Eng, B Eng, Grad Dip Ed, Dip Bus Mgt, Cert IV WT&A Role: National Training Manager Managing the delivery of our workplace based training programs. He has extensive experience in the plastics manufacturing industry and has taught manufacturing technology and management for many years. His focus is on the application of lean manufacturing to achieve measurable productivity improvements for each of our clients.

	Jack di Giantomasso MBA, Dip Ed, Grad Dip Mgt, Ass Dip App Chem, Cert IV WT&A Role: Training Coordinator - Victoria Delivering training to the manufacturing and processing industries
	Jenna Marrone B.Ed., Cert IV in Training and Assessment Role: Administration Manager and eLearning Coordinator Jenna manages all the Australian Management Academy administration and also coordinates all aspects of eLearning within the company.

	Stefan Polanszky ISO Implementation, Cert IV TAA, Cert IV in Competitive Manufacturing Role: Facilitator Extensive experience in the Manufacturing Industry as a Production Manager, Operations Manager and Senior Industrial Engineer.
	Kevin Bock Dip Workplace Training, Dip FLM, Cert IV WA&T Role: Facilitator Kevin has been working as a trainer for a number of years specialising in the Utilities, Local Government, Civil & general Construction, Mining, Oil/Gas, Processing and Telecommunications industries.
	Adrienne Harris B Engineering, Assoc Dip Engineering Role: Facilitator Extensive experience in manufacturing industry including plastics and food
	Leo Isaac B.Sc.,Dip. Ed., Dip. Bus. Role: Marketing Coordinator Leo is responsible for the coordination and generation of all marketing material for the Academy.
	Don Forbes MA Management (Human Res.), BA Economics, Grad. Dip. Management, Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment Role: Trainer/Facilitator and Assessor Don has an extensive career in education which includes senior positions in the Royal Australian Navy, Queensland TAFE and BHP Coal.
