Business SalesThe Certificate IV in Business Sales provides nationally recognised training that reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed business sales skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of business sales contexts.

This program provides training that includes developing product knowledge, building customer relationships, implementing customer service strategies, negotiating and finalising sales agreements, and supporting post-sale activities.

The Certificate IV program requires a total of 10 units of competency and can be tailored to suit your needs. A recommended program structure can be found on the brochure (please see link below).

Learning activities include provision of resource materials, group discussions, practical activities, review of workplace documents and workplace coaching.

Assessment activities can be integrated into workplace tasks and therefore provide benefit to employer and employee.
