The Certificate III in Frontline Management provides nationally recognised training that reflects the role of individuals who provide supervision in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. They are likely to have existing technical skills in a broad range of vocations or professions, but require some training in the basics of supervision. This program develops participant competency in a range of tasks including dealing with customers, contributing to team effectiveness and workplace relationships, providing support to operational plans, systems and processes. The program also covers important aspects of workplace health and safety. The Certificate III in Frontline Management program requires a total of 6 units of competency.
