The Certificate II in Business provides nationally recognised training that prepares the participant for entry into clerical and administrative positions in any business environment.

This program develops participant competency to organise daily work activities, communicate with customers and colleagues, deliver service to customers and to work effectively in a business environment.

Participants will acquire skills to produce workplace documents and spreadsheets, and use a range of business equipment. The program also provides training that enables participants to follow environmental and health and safety work practises.

The Certificate II program requires a total of 12 units of competency. The recommended program structure can be tailored to meet your needs.

Learning and assessment activities include the use of workbooks that deliver key knowledge, practical activities, research activities, review of workplace policies and procedures, work-based assignments and workplace coaching.

Our Academy facilitators will provide ongoing coaching to support you throughout the course.
