Rubber BeltingThe Certificate III in Polymer Processing with a specialisation in Rubber Belting is a program that provides nationally recognised training.

The program is intended for advanced operators who typically are responsible for start up and shut down and who would be expected to solve a range of foreseen and unforeseen problems using product and process knowledge.

The program also contains units that are the beginning of the polymer technician stream and which contribute to a deeper knowledge of polymers and processes.

The Certificate III program requires a total of 21 units of competency but there are also 9 prerequisite units that must be completed. The recommended program structure (see reverse side) can be tailored to meet the needs of your business.

Australian Management Academy facilitators deliver group sessions that typically take place on 16 days, spread over a period of 12 months.  The learning is integrated into the workplace tasks and duties of participants.

Learning and assessment activities include group discussions, practical activities, coaching and work based assignments. The program delivers key underpinning knowledge, group discussion, practical activities, review of workplace documents and workplace coaching.
