Processing foodThe Certificate III program is a nationally recognised training program that provides for experienced operators working in the area of food and beverage processing.

A total of 13 units of competency are required.

The flexibility of this program affords the opportunity to customise the training to the specific needs of your business. The specialist units of competency provide knowledge and skills to operate plant and equipment, handle materials, diagnose and correct problems, and deal with quality control measures specific to your business.

The program can be undertaken either as a block or a number of sessions at weekly/fortnightly intervals and is delivered at the premises of the Australian Management Academy in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
Learning and assessment activities are based on normal work activities, and therefore provide a benefit to both employee and employer.  Learners are able to apply the knowledge as they learn.

Your Australian Management Academy facilitators work with you through individual and group discussion, coaching, practical activities and work based assignments.
