The nationally recognised Certificate III in Competitive Manufacturing provides training for advanced manufacturing workers who use a range of equipment directly related to producing products.

They would undertake more advanced roles, working in accordance with workplace operating procedures and applying their knowledge to anticipate and solve a range of foreseen and unforeseen problems.

A total of eight (8) units is required and the flexibility of the program affords the opportunity to tailor the training to the specific needs of your business.

Delivery takes the form of 16 two and a half-hour workshops, held on site every two or three weeks over a period of 12 months.

Learning and assessment activities are integrated into the workplace tasks and duties of participants and include group discussions, practical activities, coaching and work based assignments.

The program delivers key underpinning knowledge, group discussion, practical activities, review of workplace documents and workplace coaching and is achievable with minimal interruption to business workflows.

Industry experienced trainers are on hand for observation, coaching, and assessment of competency.
