The Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing (MSA41108) provides nationally recognised training for those working in manufacturing environments who interact with production and management staff.

A total of 10 units of competency are required.

Participants will be empowered to implement competitive manufacturing systems and to lead change in your workplace. The program enhances skills in planning. monitoring and analysing information, problem solving, and optimising the benefit of technology to build continuous improvement.

The unique approach taken by the Australian Management Academy has been developed from the methodology used internationally to improve productivity and increase profits.

Participants must have at least three years equivalent experience in the manufacturing sector.

Delivery takes the for of 16 workshops, held at your workplace every two to three weeks over a period of 12 months. Program participants undertake 3 hours per week of structured learning including practical and project-based activities.

Our industry experience traininers are on hand for observation, coaching and assessment of competency.
